I will only use Wilhelm for all my race bikes. I have been so impressed by his knowledge and top level repair skills. I have a mix of high end and custom parts on all my bikes that require a mechanic that is on top of his game. Wilhelm never lets me down. From building up Custom carbon BERD Spoke Wheels to refacing my frame or doing BB's or brake rebuilds or Bleeds. He always has all the parts and tools to do the job and is very quick and thourough. I love that he supports the racing community and brings his HARM Repair Van & works at the races. I have needed last minute repairs and major saves at countless races where he has been a lifesaver and got me back into the action. Wilhem is a blessing for the cycling community and is a legendary mechanic. Show your bike some love and let the master do his magic on it.

Wilhelm is definitely the best mechanic ever. He’s been doing various work on my bikes for years. This week he resealed my MTB tires, added flat pedals, and replaced the brake rotors and pads. The new brakes and pads are really special! I rode Sylvan Hill Bike Park yesterday and now the Ringle trails near Wausau today and the bike is feeling really great with the control and stopping power. Thanks Wilhelm!

Just rode my mtb for the first time after having Wilhelm give it the ultimate tune-up. He took it down to the nuts and bolts, reviewed it all thoroughly, cleaned it, and repaired what was necessary. OMG! Game changer!!! My bike performs better than it did when it was new. German precision! Wilhelm is incredibly precise with his review of the bike and he was very good with his communication with me about what needed repair and why. He sent me pictures all along the way so I could see why things needed repair or replacement. I trust Wilhelm with all of my bikes because they always come back to me working amazingly well. I highly recommend his for all your bike needs.

Saved my race day,
WORS Colectivo Coffee Bean. My rear tire was not holding air. Wilhelm added sealant, no go, he put on a new tire, it wouldn't seal so he added new rim tape which did the trick. I had a new tire and made it to the start with 5 minutes to spare.
His service was fantastic. He managed my new tire, a couple of new chains, brakes and other misc stuff for racers with a smile.
So grateful to have Wilhelm at the races!

Wilhelm keeps us running smoothly all season long. We have a lot of money invested in the racing season and very little time remaining for backyard mechanics. I can relax because Wilhelm has us covered. My family did all 10 WORS races 2018 season. With 2 kids, that’s 30 racing events. Not a single mechanical breakdown or missed start line. His work is impeccable. Highly recommend his in season and winter tear down services.

2019 Side note, I thought I’d go “frugal” and get our 2 Sworks Epics winter service done by a local shop. Big mistake. Got to Sedona and lost 2 hours ride time because of shoddy work. Gave the bikes to Wilhelm upon our return. I’ll never not use him again. You get what you pay for!!!

Wilhelm rebuilt my 2013 Epic this winter. It rides like it was brand new! He does excellent work and keeps you informed though the whole process!

This past fall, Wilhelm completely rebuilt my road bike. So far this spring, I have about 600 miles on the bike and have not had any issues. It's like a brand new bike. He also provides detailed pricing up front before proceeding with the work. He is a great resource for advice on bikes and repairs.
